Memorial Description
Plaque 1 foot 4 inches high x 2 feet 1 inch wide. There is a border of dots between two double lines culminating in a square at each corner. The lettering is a mixture of elongated Roman and sans serif capitals, with the quotation at the bottom in Gothic script.

Bronze.

Sacred to the Memory of
Pte Matthew Collin, R.A.M.C.
who made the Supreme Sacrifice
at Fontaine-Au-Bois, near Le Cateau
on November 4th 1918.
This tablet is erected by his fellow employees
