Original Location

St. Alban's Church, situated at the junction of Windy Nook Road and Carr Hill Road. Set into the panelling.

Memorial Description

Plaque, 6 inches (152mm) high x 11 inches (276mm) wide, very plain, mounted on a wood pattress onto the panelling. There is a single line border. The lettering is in black Roman capitals.

Brass on oak pattress.

To the memory of
our dearly loved son
Tpr. Eric Forster R.T.R.
killed in action
North Africa, April 27th 1943.
Aged 20 years
